Role and Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on range of security, CCTV/surveillance products and specifications, installation and after care services according to their needs and budget.
- Advise on and agree on turnaround time/lead time and collection and delivery of repaired and other products.
- Handle and resolve complaints including providing diagnostic/troubleshooting advice.
- To effectively communicate and share openly relevant business information, product recommendation, customer feedback, targets, results with the company director;
- Maintain knowledge of current market and upcoming products including specification, pricing and features;
- Maintain records of sales, complaints and feedback.
- Build client relations to maximise sales by engaging in customer follow-ups during and post installation.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally, we’re looking for people with:
- Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within the security industry;
- Degree in technical subjects of IT and/or business preferred. Other qualifications considered;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent organisational skills; and
- Track record of working in a fast paced and demanding environment
Basic guaranteed salary offered: £26,500

Role and Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager in Security Services your responsibilities could include:
- Assisting Director in management and supervision of junior staff
- Analyse client contracts, security requirements and assign and supervise tasks to ensure adherence with client obligations
- Monitor and propose improvement of security services including training of staff and handling of any assigned security equipment
- Fulfil security duties assigned by the Director
- Managing contractual budgets in line with financial targets
- Ensuring all aspects of the required security services are being delivered to the customers’ satisfaction and in accordance with the contract
- Managing your area of responsibility, including providing support, absence management, discipline and grievance, and recruitment activities
- Effectively setting out goals and objectives for your team
- Acting as a role model and always behaving in line with our company values
- Driving employee engagement by personal interaction and engagement with junior staff to develop and coach them in their duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring there are sufficient trained, and vetted staff always working to meet customer and contract requirements
- Developing professional customer relationships, responding appropriately to customer requests and concerns
- Completing effective health & safety assessments, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of any incidents, involvement in subsequent investigations and providing input into health & safety committees or forums.
- Completing risk assessments and site evaluations as well as completing monthly performance reports and billing schedules
Skills and Experience:

- Prior 2 – 3 years’ experience of working in a similar operational management role, ideally within the security industry
